TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Rolling Live Entertainment The relationship between ticket buyers / event attendees and the organizer is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions: Loss or Damage of Tickets No refunds or replacements will be issued in the event of lost and/or damaged tickets. If an attendee leaves the event venue, the ticket generally loses its validity. Acceptance of Regulations By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to comply with all safety regulations, access rules, age restrictions, and other organizational provisions of the event. In the event of non-compliance, access to the event may be denied without any right to compensation. Liability of the Ticket Buyer The ticket buyer is liable to Rolling Live Entertainment for all direct and verifiable damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any liability for minor negligence is excluded. Liability of the Organizer The organizer assumes no liability for damages of any kind but commits to ensuring the highest possible level of safety at its events. Audio and Video Recordings Audio or video recordings using professional equipment are prohibited without the express authorization of the organizer. Rescheduling or Change of Venue In the event of a date change or relocation of the event, the ticket remains valid for the new date or venue, regardless of the reason. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted in such cases. Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled by the organizer or the artist, the nominal value printed on the ticket will be refunded, provided the ticket is returned within 30 days of the original event date at the original point of sale.No refund entitlement exists if the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, official or police prohibitions, etc.).Force majeure is defined as any event beyond the control of Rolling Live Entertainment that prevents the event from taking place. Open-Air Events Open-air events take place regardless of weather conditions. Adverse weather does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Interruption for Technical Reasons If an event must be interrupted for technical reasons, it shall be deemed to have taken place if it has continued at least until the intermission/break. Admission of Minors For health and safety reasons, admission is prohibited for children under six years of age. Children and adolescents aged 6 to 14 may only attend if accompanied by an adult. In case of non-compliance, the organizer assumes no liability for any physical harm. Use for Advertising Purposes Tickets and/or VIP packages may not be used publicly for advertising or promotional purposes (e.g. raffles, giveaways) without the organizer’s prior written consent. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions Rolling Live Entertainment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Rolling Live Entertainment website and shall take effect upon publication. Jurisdiction The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes between Rolling Live Entertainment and the ticket buyer shall be the registered office of Rolling Live Entertainment.
